  • Introduction
    • Prof. Yuh-gang Yoon is responsible for lecturing the subject of Introduction to intellectual property rights, Practices of patent management, Unfair Competition Prevention Law etc. at Kyonggi University. He has served as an advisor to the Entrepreneurship and Incubation Center of Seoul National University, taught about trademark management and design management necessary for start-ups, and participated in franchise-related education hosted by the Entrepreneurship Strategy Institute. Recently, he published some papers regarding a Study on the 'ordinary skilled person in the art' in patent law; Evaluation on the Geographical Protection of Korea According to Korea-EU FTA Settlement; and Research of Disclosure Requirements of Genetic Resource As a Patentability. He is also studying relationship between patent and bio-industry in Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), protecting advanced biotechnology by patent, and requirements for describing chemical patent specifications.
